Each and every single piece of Popglass is handmade, so there may be slight minimal differences in colour and shape in some pairs of earrings due to the nature of glass fusing, these are features not flaws.

Popglass understands when buying online it can be hard to decide so we kindly offer our customers the opportunity to exchange their jewellery or receive a refund .

Popglass Jewellery must be returned in original condition with gift box and packed with care in the same way it arrived in please as it is fragile.

If you are returning a purchase to exchange or refund please ensure your parcel has a tracking number, Popglass Jewellery is not responsible for any returns that go missing.
